1.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

1.4. If you access the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to safeguard your account credentials.

2.3. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3.1. The Service provides access to AI-based video generation in exchange for internal virtual credits called W2W tokens.

3.2. W2W tokens are not a financial instrument, have no monetary or transferable value, and may only be used within the Service.

3.3. Each video generation deducts a number of W2W tokens depending on the selected output length and settings.

3.4. Token consumption rules:

1 token = 1 second of generated video

3.5. The base price is displayed on the pricing page of the Website.

Predefined packages may include discounted token bundles.

Custom purchases are calculated automatically based on the selected amount.

3.6. AI-generated content is provided for creative purposes only and may not always meet specific expectations.

4.1. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

4.2. W2W tokens are credited automatically after successful payment, typically within minutes, but may be delayed due to verification procedures.

4.3. New users receive 10 free W2W tokens upon registration.

Free tokens may only be used within the Service and have no monetary value.

4.4. By purchasing W2W tokens, you agree that digital content is made available immediately and waive any statutory withdrawal rights once delivery begins.

5.1. Refunds are issued only if required by law or in the event of confirmed technical delivery failure.

5.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.

5.3. Users must contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback.

5.4. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of incurred costs.

5.5. W2W tokens are non-refundable once used.

6.1. All platform software, AI systems, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of EURO TEACH LIMITED.

6.2. Users retain ownership of generated video content, subject to these Terms.

6.3. By using the Service, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated content for operational, security, or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7.1. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7.2. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or specific output quality.

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of London, United Kingdom.
